Your details will be reviewed and if you are accepted as a brand partner you will receive 2 complimentary invitations to attend the event on 1st June 2019 (See attending event page for full details of the location and schedule).
RAISING YOUR BRAND FLAG IN SUPPORT
As a brand partner we encourage you to display banner flags featuring your brand and products indoors in the main hall or outdoors in the Children's courtyard. These flags will get featured in the backdrop of the many photos and short videos being taken during the course of the day and shared with parents all across Mainland China.
As a brand partner we do ask for a contribution fee of £6000 per banner to support the expenses of running this event. Please click here to order banner flags.

The Children's Courtyard ( view from the Main hall) will be playfully decorated. Brand partner flags will be displayed around the hedges and walls.
SHOWCASING YOUR PRODUCTS
Inside the Main hall products for all the partner brands will be showcased on two central display tables. We suggest you provide 50 - 60 products as gifts for the guest to discuss and try. These product can be delivered to the Avenue51 logistics office at Cambridge at anytime before the event.

The Main Hall open onto the Children's courtyard (left). Brand partner products will be displayed on 3 central round tables in the centre of the room. Flags will be displayed alongside the walls of the room.
An official photographer and video cameraman will be on site during the day. All guests have been asked to sign a waiver as part of the invitation process which enables brand partners to use these assets. In addition the online influencers/online retailers attending the event will be capture photos and footage of the event to share online with their followers/shoppers in Mainland China.
There are 6 x 20 minute speaker slots taking place in the Theatre room located directly under the Main hall. 3 speaker slots are scheduled for the morning (10.45 - 12.00) and 3 speaker slots scheduled for after lunch (13.30 -14.30).
Speakers are encouraged to present the vision for their brand and share some insights into how the brand has attracted a broad following in the UK.
The speakers logo will be displayed on the background screen during their presentation so that it appears in all videos/photos. If required the speaker may support their talk with us to 5 slides. Please send these slides in Powerpoint format to by the 25th May.
The Theatre is located directly below the Main Hall. The brand logo for each speaker will feature on the screen during their talk.
